Why 5 Loves?

It's way to easy to think of the bad things that happen each day. Far too often I hear people talk about how this or that sucked. Well, how about things that don't suck??

Each day I'll challenge myself to listing 5 things I loved about each day. Things that make me smile. Things that make me feel good about myself. Things that make me happy about life. Things that give me hope in others.

They may be simple things while other things may be profound.
